I reserve the right to charge for the session if there is a consistent issue. (If it comes to that, we will have had a conversation prior to the missed session.) Please contact me directly for cancellations/rescheduling with in 24 hours of the session start time. For packages, refunds are available at any time minus used sessions and fees. No refunds for used sessions.
