About Me
Biography
The vital statistics. I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. I still live there with my husband of over 20 years and three sons. I owned the family commercial janitorial company for 19 years with my brother. I exited in 2022 to devote all my time to my family and this business. In 2016 I became a student of conditioning the mind and a seeker of awakening the soul. And somewhere in this obsession to learn I began to lead others in what I had embodied.
Education
I am a student first in anything that I offer. I immersed myself in masters of personal development, somatic healing and spiritual awakening. I am an experiential teacher. Meaning I only teach what I have seen to be true in myself and my clients.
In 2016 I attended my first Tony Robbins event. It was my first immersive experience and I have not stopped since. I attend five to seven immersion events each year. I am always learning a new modality and looking for the next area to deepen my ability to serve. Here are some but not all of the major influencers in my work.
The Mind
Tony Robbins Platinum Partnership - I’ve traveled the world and spent thousands of hours (and hundreds of thousands of dollars) learning from Tony and the masters (from Sadhguru to Warren Buffet) that speak at his events. As a member of his Platinum Partnership I am exposed to a group of peers that think differently and challenge my stagnant beliefs.
We must understand the patterns of the mind in order to be free of it.
The Body
S Factor, Licensed Teacher - I am fortunate to have learned from the creator of S Factor, Sheila Kelly. Her work sparked a hunger in me to understand and awaken my unique feminine energy. Her encouragement led me to teaching despite my fear. My Blissful Femme retreats and movement classes incorporate all I learned from S Factor.
When the body moves in pleasure, everything else melts away and all that is left is a glowing bliss.
The Soul
The Truth Method, Facilitator - Where Tony’s influence taught me to condition the mind and S Factor awakened my body, this work taught me how to connect to my higher soul. The Truth Method founder, Claudette Anderson, has been a peer, guide and mentor. Through this method I can consistently connect with my intuition and universal intelligence. As opposed to a psychic or a medium, I am not taking anyone else’s word for it. And I have the infinite pleasure of guiding others to do the same.
